Extra Butter offers a 14-day return window for items in unworn, original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain limited-release footwear and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include all original packaging, including shoeboxes, dust bags, and spare laces.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for authenticity and condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
